Finding Time to Workout

I've always made excuses and reasons why I don't have time to workout throughout the day. Starting in 2013 I have been very successful in making time to workout and eat healthier. I'm still human, so I still find myself looking in the cabinets for junk food! Here lately I've just been more interested in the whole health and fitness thing. Today I woke up late(9:55), giving me 5 minutes to get ready and head out the door to school(1 hour away). I took advantage of my breaks throughout school by grocery shopping, hair dye shopping(lol) and tanning! After school I even made time to go see my family and eat a CHEAT meal with them, along with doing a TON of homework. But still with all of that going on, I still found time for a 30 minute run! So guys, just remember if you tell yourself you can do it, chances are you probably can! Good luck this week guys!
